Zinnias are well-known summer flowers that can provide a lovely group of warm colors to your landscape. Four different species, with many varieties within those, are available to the gardener.  They range from dwarf varieties that reach only about six inches tall, to the large ones which may reach up to three feet.

They love full sun and well-draining soil.
